Article:
The article being critiqued is Jails and exoteric Health Service Delivery and Empirical Knowledge: the wedge of Jail Population Flow. It was published in the American Journal of Criminal Justice 37 in 2012 and is on pages 200-208.

Synopsis:
First the author soils that cast aways are the perfect habitation to reach a population of people who are at high risk for disease, disorders, and injuries. There is a huge exit of people going through the imprison system (about 8.5 one thousand thousand annually) and as a result it makes jails an easy place to fulfill wellness interventions. Some important terms are thusly defined for future social function throughout the article. He goes on to state his hypothesis which is: that jail flow affects the types of public wellness interventions doable in ways not acknowledged generally by public health/medical researchers. He states his intentions here as to observe the effects of jail flow on the delivery of multiple types of public health screenings and interventions.
