The Research Problem The objective of my research is to explore the effectiveness of dialogue tactics used in conflicting situations. The art of talks gamely depends on the ability to compromise in a way that is beneficial to all the parties involved in the conflict. found on the values and expectations, negotiations croup either produce reciprocally beneficial out surveils or can fuel adverse conditions or deadlocks. Leaders are required to have a high level of analytical ability in order to come up with solutions agreeable to all involved. Their jobs extend well beyond just managing employees or the great unwashed around them. Leaders pick out to be efficient in understanding peoples needs and wants and be able to tailor negotiations accordingly. Leaders and managers from the corporate world attend to have a better handle on negotiation skills and desired outcomes. However on the other hand, political leaders seem to be mishandling conflicts rather than resolving them efficiently. My objective is to explore if productive negotiation tactics are used by the political leaders who seems to have better understanding of people and power to influence people yet refrain from coming up with resolutions for the greater good.

I wish to explore what good-natured of practices and negotiation tactics are needed in our fancier government so as to regain the economic position in the 21st century global market.
