The first chapter of this paper lead give a hypothetical background of the notions of civil society and social capital. Furthermore it lead discuss the tool of achieving these rights, that is, the concept of advocacy. The second chapter will think on the right to breeding and its greatness in CSOs effort to protect cultural, social and economic rights.
