PATCH 3 Jason is 26 year old and is new to the interim Education Centre (IEC). As an organisation we be possessed of recognised the value of observation. Observing allows new members of staff to not only learn new skills and ways of working but also learn the working ethos of the IEC. This can also bequeath the learner with the opportunity to set and work through their own learning objectives.
