After put one acrossing the presentation, I have to disagree with Patrick Dixon because my last name begins with a P. I disagree that we atomic number 18 starting to care more virtually our environment because many of us still throw junk out of our car windows onto the side of the road. I see it in that respect all of the time! Also, motif bags are non offend than plastic bags. Paper bags take a lot of money and are more difficult to recycle plus they are made with some plastic material even though they are biodegradable. Not to mention, newsprint products are tearing fine-tune our main oxygen supply, trees. In addition, even if we made our idea 100% recycled base it would cost more, therefore less mountain would be apt to buy it.
I believe that the need of the speaker was not to better our planet entirely to desexualise a profit for his company. He used an example that he would help pay for a wood chip keen heater and woodchips to a school, not to help the school but for his companys gain. Isnt money the motivation for everything?
Our current generation is very technologically advanced. In the near prospective we testament not have a use for paper products period. For example, this paper that I am typing is not rattling paper at all. It is pixels that can be sent to anyone, anywhere, and at any time electronically. With that in mind the paper labor lead eventually fall.
In grocery stores, usually, they do not ask you if you want paper or plastic anymore. close grocery stores do not even provide paper bags, but some like Walmart and Aldis, sell cotton or mesh bags that can be reused many times oer and prevent more plastic waste. Maybe someday everyone will use cotton or mesh bags and the world will be a better place with neither paper nor plastic.
