I worked for Wendys on and off for a ample time, since I was 14 yrs.old. Watching how different double-deckers ran the store. I was c all backing to myself that one mean solar day that could be me. Working for Wendys and being a manager for approximately a year, really took a toll on my career change. Thats when I decided to go into the communication channel field

Working at Wendys as crowd member at first became really frustrating. Because I was neer being heard on my opions, and ceaselessly being all over looked on my ideas. So I did what other people were stimulate to do. I went to the big man in charge (the induceer). I pulled him aside and told him that I expected to move up in my potion. Two weeks later I was a manager.

Talk about hard work, having to run the store by myself was challenging, but I stuck through it, and got better. Besides all the paper work, training, inventory, and running the store. That ripe wasnt challenging enough for me. I needed to think outside the box (bigger). So I decided to go back to school and take my experience and knowledge further.

So I spoke with my advisor at Ivy Tech, and she steer me in the direction I was looking for. Business counsel she told me that I looked like I would want to be my own boss, telling other people what to do.





I always wanted to sit in my office, working for this big franchise. I would escort movies with people working at their desk taking their lunches as long as they want, telling there assistant to take all their phone calls. I want to the boss of my own fear one day.

Going into this field requires a lot of focus, and dedication. What I am reaching for in this fear, I take a leaknt really decided what I wanted to go into business doing. But I know if I keep mentation big, eventually my outcome will be big.
