Although there are several theories that we can looks at, first I have selected two leadership theories to include trait surmisal, and sack leadership. Trait theories practically identify particular spirit or behavioral characteristics share by leaders. If particular traits are key features of leadership, then how do we explain people who stimulate those qualities but are non leaders? Trait theory explains that certain qualities and skills in the leaders are generally genic which creates difference between leaders and followers.
